Group Pole Dance and Fitness at Gilded Studio Boston
We are finally ready to open for group pole dance classes! Make sure to sign up early as space is limited. We cap our sessions at a maximum of 4 clients for pole classes, and 6 clients for non-pole classes. This is not only to encourage social distancing, but to guarantee that we can make nearly every class accessible for all levels, with the one-on-one attention you've come to expect from us. You will never have to worry about being overlooked, singled out, or left behind at Gilded Studio. Sign ups are available up to three weeks in advance.

All pole dance classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Sign ups open 3 weeks before class dates. When you join the waitlist for a full class, you will automatically be notified when/if a space becomes avialiable.
Intro to Pole Tuesdays 5:30 PM, Fridays 4:30 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM If you're looking to start your pole journey or hoping to get more comfortable with pole dance fundamentals, this class is the perfect place to start! Your instructor will lead you through the walks, grips, spins, and transitions that make up the foundation of pole dance. Then you’ll tie everything together with a short, steamy combo. Erotic Combos Wednesdays 7:15 PM, Saturdays 11:30 AM Feel free to get naughty in this class focused on club-style pole choreography. You'll learn a steamy pole dance combo that utilizes sexy low-flow moves as well as luscious floor work. Choreography changes every week so you'll always be learning something new. Knee pads strongly recommended. Prerequisite: Intro to pole or prior pole experience. Not suitable for first time students. Sign Up
Embodied Sensual Flow Mondays 5:30 PM If you've ever wanted to explore the sexy side of pole dance but were afraid of feeling awkward or judged, this class is for you! You'll practice mindfulness and fluidity as you learn the sultry body rolls, sways, and circles that are the soul of pole. Move in a supportive, low-pressure environment where you can feel free to connect with your own sensuality. No upper body strength required. All levels welcome, including those brand new to pole! Restorative Pole Thursdays 6:45 PM In this class, the pole will become your partner, allowing you to access deeper levels of flexibility and mindfulness as your instructor leads you through a series of poses and stretches to increase mobility and relax the mind. This invigorating class is great for newcomers to pole dance and seasoned pros alike. Prerequisite: None Sign Up
Tricks and Spins Thursdays 5:30 PM, Saturdays 1:00 PM In this technique-focused pole dance class, you'll learn how to string together tricks and spins into fun combos tailored to your individual level and ability. Prerequisite: Intro to pole or prior pole experience. Not suitable for first time students Sign Up
Pole Strong Wednesdays 5:30 PM, Your instructor will guide you through a mixed levels workout with an exciting mix of Pilates, strength conditioning, and functional fitness training, all using the ultimate piece of equipment: the pole! This class is filled with lots of modifications, encouragement, and laughs! Prerequisite: Intro to pole or prior pole experience. Not suitable for first time students. Sign Up
Spin Pole Foundations Mondays 6:45 PM, Fridays 5:45 PM In this all-levels class, you'll learn how to take your skills from static to spinning pole. Explore how momentum enhances spins and walks while you work on strengthening your grip and increasing shoulder mobility. Your instructor will cover pole dance technique and combos, all while emphasizing safety and fun. Prerequisite: Intro to pole or prior pole experience. Not suitable for first time students. Sign Up

HIIT The Mat Mondays and Fridays at 12 PM This class may be only 40 minutes, but it packs a punch! High Intensity Interval Training, kickboxing, and Pilates mat work combine for a full-body workout that builds muscle and supercharges endurance. Great for a midday boost and adaptable for all levels SIGN UP
Flexibility for All Bodies Mondays and Fridays at 1 PM Whether you are already a bendy babe, or still working to touch your toes, this class really is for all bodies. Techniques from yoga, corrective exercise, and contortion are all combined to help elongate muscles, increase flexibility, and help get your alignment back on track. SIGN UP
