Covid-19 Policies and Precautions
The health and wellbeing of our clients and instructors is our first priority. Due to this, we are only offering a limited number of private and duet personal training and pole sessions and are not offering any sessions or rentals to groups of more than two. In addition to installing air filters and adopting strict sanitation protocols, the following steps will be observed throughout your session or studio rental:
Clients will be let into the studio one at a time to fill out liability waivers. Please wait outside until let in by your trainer or instructor.
Upon arrival your temperature will be checked with a contactless thermometer. Any clients with a fever will be asked to reschedule.
Thoroughly wash your hands upon entering the studio in the provided sink.
Social distancing will be observed throughout your sessions.
Windows will remain open throughout your session
Clients and staff must wear a mask that covers their nose, mouth, and chin at all times (with the exception of water breaks). We have locally made cloth masks available for purchase if you find yourself needing one.
Please bring your own water bottle. We have Proud Source bottled water available for $2.75 if you forget (and the bottle is reusable)
Pole dance and fitness sessions are 50 minutes to allow us time to completely disinfect all floors and equipment between clients.
Please bring your own mat , if you do not have one, affordable mats are available for purchase at the studio.
If you are not feeling well PLEASE stay home and we will waive our late cancelation fee.
