Yoga Arm Balances and Inversions

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until November 29, 2022
Starting with a warming vinyasa flow, this class will workshop aspects of flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength that help you to safely enter arm balances and inversions. From crow pose and eight-angle, to headstands, forearm stands, and chinstands, we will explore different entryways and variations of traditional arm balances and inversions
Recommended experience: This class is open to all levels of familiarity with yoga, no prior experience needed! It is recommended to be able to hold a chaturanga (the downward part of a tricep-pushup position) on your feet OR knees for at least 5 seconds without wrist discomfor
