Looking to nail that bendy pole trick or finally get you center spits? Then you’ll love this flexibility focused class. You’ll be expertly lead through splits training for all sides on the floor as well as on the pole. Then you’ll get to explore some of the most contortion-like pole dance tricks. Not quite at your most flexy? Not to worry! Lots of modifications and progressions will be offered for all abilities and fitness levels.
