Recommended experience: One or more pole dance classes. If you have never taken an introductory pole dance class, you must take Intro to Pole before enrolling.
This class is perfect if you have taken Intro to Pole but want build a stronger foundation before moving into our all levels classes. Here, you’ll take the skills that you have learned from our intro class and apply them to new spins and approachable movement combinations that will boost confidence on the pole.
