If you’re looking to start your pole journey or hoping to get more comfortable with pole dance fundamentals, this class is the perfect place to start! Your instructor will lead you through the walks, grips, spins, and transitions that make up the foundation of pole dance. Then you’ll tie everything together with a short, steamy combo. All bodies and abilities welcome!
