Whether you are already a bendy babe, or still working to touch your toes, this class really is for all bodies. You will spend the first 10 min being guided through foam rolling you entire body. Then you will use techniques from yoga, corrective exercise, and contortion to help elongate muscles, increase flexibility, and help get your alignment back on track.
