An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely
A creative, energizing class that will invite you to explore you mat as you move, with each pose being held for no more than 5 to 8 breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends, hip and heart openers, as well as strength-centered postures. Inversions (where your heart is above your head) and arm-balances may be introduced.
Recommended Experience: This class is open to all levels of familiarity with yoga, no prior experience needed! It is recommended to be able to hold a chaturanga (the downward part of a tricep-pushup position) on your feet or knees for at least 5 seconds without wrist discomfort.
